Homeowner Breakfast Casserole Recipe Unveiled

At the request of many homeowners who attended our "Meet Your Neighbors" breakfast we have been given permission to unveil the Hashbrown Breakfast Casserole recipe, that so many of you raved about. Paula Edmonds, one of our Casoleil homeowners, brought this casserole to our hosted breakfast and we have convinced her to share her secret! For those that attended, you know how good the recipe is; for those that missed our breakfast, we encourage you to try the recipe. You won't regret it!!

Paula’s Breakfast Casserole

Before you get started cook your bacon or sausage like you normally would. Then set it aside.

Spray your pans – glass works the best
Add 1 large bag frozen hash browns – spread the hash browns around both pans – don’t be afraid to fill the pans up to the top of the sides.

Mix everything below in a big bowl:

12 eggs – scrambled (use only a little milk)
1 bell pepper
1 can diced green chilies
1 large mixed bag of already shredded cheese – (any white and yellow cheese will work)
Add your cooked sausage or bacon or both!

Mix it altogether and then pour your mixture all over your hash browns. Cook for 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Be sure and stick it with a knife in the center to make sure it’s cooked all the way!

Don’t be afraid to put other things in – I love to add salsa!

Construction Continues!!

For those that live at Casoleil (and those that have visited in the last day or so), I'm sure you've noticed some activity taking place behind the green fenced area near the clubhouse. This activity is the continuation of construction at Casoleil!!! Like many of the other developments in the area, we took a slight pause in our construction schedule these last couple months. That pause has now ended and we are happy to announce, that we have re-mobilized our crews and are continuing with the build out of phase 1!! And, as you may have noticed, we already have walls standing on our next building! We will try to keep some construction information, for your convenience, up to date on our blog, so check back frequently!

ALSO, as a simple warning and request for all homeowners and visitors, please realize that this green fenced area is a 'Construction Zone' and only authorized personnel are allowed in that area. For your safety, and the safety of others DO NOT enter this area.

The First Official Post

This is the first official post on the new Casoleil Blog Spot! As you probably already know, or have determined from our blog description, Casoleil is a condominium community in Sparks, NV. We offer two and three bedroom condo's in a luxury-resort style setting. Our gated Community offers a clubhouse with pool and spa, workout center, business center, park like settings, and plenty more. We are currently under construction on our first phase of 115 units, with homeowners living and moving in to our completed units everyday!
